Location:  Eagan MN - training in office and then Hybrid
100% in office during training in Eagan. 
Hybrid must be in office Tuesday and Thursday's no exceptions
Schedule:  Monday- Friday 7:30am-4, 8-4:30 or 8:30-5:00pm
Pay:  $43k-55k.

Job Summary:

The Revenue Cycle Professional will oversee the entire medical claims process, ensuring prompt resolution from submission to payment. This role involves proactive management of A/R follow-up, denials, appeals, and client interactions.

Responsibilities:
* Enhance RCM Operations financial performance by streamlining AR workflows, billing, payer follow-up, and nurturing client relationships.
* Maintain accounts receivable within established KPIs, submit healthcare claims promptly, and handle denials and appeals.
* Utilize work queues to expedite claims processing, review balances, and accurately record actions in company systems.
* Foster client relationships, offer guidance to outsourced teams, and identify productivity opportunities.
* Drive RCM Operations financial performance by optimizing AR workflow, including billing, payer follow-up, resolving account discrepancies, processing denials and appeals, payment posting, managing tickets, and cultivating client partnerships.
* Proactively oversee accounts receivable for assigned clients within KPIs (aging, delinquency, denial rate, productivity, ticket SLAs).
* Timely submission of healthcare claims to the appropriate payer.
* Manual and ERA-based processing of claim rejections.
* Utilize work queues to actively progress claims toward payment, including contacting insurance payers via phone or online for claim status resolution.
* Review account balances post-payment for accuracy and determine the next steps.
* Accurately assess denials, take appropriate action, and file appeals when necessary.
* Precisely process incoming payments via ERA and manual methods.
* Proficiency in navigating different TBH systems.
* Document all actions and claim statuses accurately in TBH systems (e.g., VisiQuate, PMS).
* Build rapport with assigned clients through ongoing professional communication.
* Interact with and guide outsourced teams in collaboration with Managers.
* Proactively communicate any barriers, process flow issues, or productivity opportunities to the Manager.

Qualifications:
* Preferably possess a four-year degree or an associate's degree with relevant experience.
*2-year medical billing experience
*2-year experience claim submission and follow up with payers is a must
* In-depth knowledge of insurance, behavioral health, and therapy billing.
* Advanced expertise in medical claims, revenue cycle management, denial, and rejection handling.
* Strong skills in communication, time management, organization, and proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
