The Digital Project Manager supports the client service team managing all project deliverables for a defined business group or client. This role coordinates internal/external resources to drive critical tasks that uphold project goals, budgets, and timelines. This role provides input on processes, tools, and methodologies dedicated to providing executional excellence to internal and external clients.

  • End-to-end management of new projects for digital marketing, marketing automation, advertising, social media, and overall campaign management, working closely with Account Team
  • Manage project deliverables and timelines for client campaigns (websites, emails, newsletters, print ads, promotions, special marketing initiatives)
  • Experience managing multiple projects across creative, development, and cross-functional teams
  • Provide validation and verification on project deliverables and promote exceptional quality standards
  • Facilitate creative consultations with account and production teams to assure appropriate strategies, adequacy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, reviews, and client presentations
  • Identify creative solutions as issues arise in order to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and grow internal relationships
  • Collaborate with production teams and account leadership to create achievable and measurable project plans that include regular status reporting
  • Work with the account team to ensure clear client communication and expectation setting.
  • Responsible for communication of schedule, budget planning, risk management, and scope.
  • Manage the creative process with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing collateral
  • Identify and work with internal teams to make sure all creative production processes are satisfactory and within budget constraints
  • Troubleshoot and find resolutions to Account Manager and client questions, campaign needs, and creative production issues
  • Accurately track time for billing and invoicing needs
Please note: There is a total of one opening for this position.  This person can be based out of our Phoenix, AZ location OR our Portland, OR location.
Compensation Package
Your compensation will be a combination of salary and company benefits, including health insurance, 401(K) company match, weekly paid discovery and volunteer time options, hybrid-of remote and in-office either based in Phoenix, Arizona or Portland, Oregon.


Digital Marketing Project Manager - Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of project management in an ad agency, marketing firm or marketing department. Applicants with additional years of service in a related role and/or more extensive industry experience may be considered for a senior-level project management position.
  •  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in project management, business, advertising, marketing, communications, or related; or commensurate work experience
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, and management skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
  • Exhibit strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand the big picture and overarching mission but move to tactical execution and follow the details of a complex process.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, responding to shifting priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed client with projects that involve multiple competing priorities and a variety of stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools + platforms that make all of our jobs easier and more productive (ex. JIRA +
  • Deep experience in effectively planning and running client meetings and facilitating creative working sessions.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; willingness and ability to learn and utilize new systems/​tools as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally in person and via email and phone
  • Familiarity with managing digital and marketing automation campaigns
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and follow-through; strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work individually and in team settings
  • Strong client service ethic and interest in exceeding expectations
