Description

Purpose: The Ambulatory Surgery Center Sales Specialist is responsible for recruiting new accounts for Hansei’s ASC revenue cycle management vertical.

Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer



Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties will include, but may not be limited to: 

  • You will be selling the complete, end-to-end suite of Revenue Cycle Management Technology solutions
  • The Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving assigned yearly sales objectives representing one or more of the Company’s product offerings in a named account and geographic territory
  • Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities  
  • Making initial contact with prospective clients and managing customer relationships until execution of contract
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities within accounts
  • Regularly scheduling face-to-face client meetings to follow up on new business opportunities and re-educating existing clients about the Company’s available service lines
  • Continually growing revenue base 
  • Conducting sales presentations
  • Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure weekly business growth goals are achieved on a consistent basis
  • Responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients to uncover needs for Medical Billing & Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services, including Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, AR & Denial Management services, Patient Payment solutions & RCM Analytics
  • Build a pipeline of prospects and widen the contact base in each Provider account
  • Leverage relationships and work closely with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, Billing Managers, Practice Owners, Physicians
  • Will be responsible for working a complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification to closing the deal
